21 → kaksikymmentäyksi (kaksi = two, kymmentä = tens, yksi = one) 23 → kaksikymmentäkolme 45 → neljäkymmentäviisi 78 → seitsemänkymmentäkahdeksan

Notice how the word kymmentä stays the same for 20–90. The prefix (kaksi-, kolme-, neljä-, etc.) changes depending on the tens place. The unit number is simply added at the end without a space.

Here’s a quick pattern to remember:

[Tens number stem] + kymmentä + [ones number]
